A half-hour quiz show where high school students of different backgrounds compete for scholarships and prizes. The game features questions about a variety of cultures and ethnic groups, including, Italian, Irish, Asian, Hispanic, African, Jewish, Polish and Native American.

Beginning in 1929, this event has grown to be the largest African American Parade in the United States. The parade began broadcasting on television in 1977 and is spearheaded by the Chicago Defender Charities as a tribute to the African American family and community.
